For the second year running we have been shortlisted for Estate Agent of the year award and this year we were fifth in the South west region - voted for by our customers.
We always love receiving letters giving us praise... who doesn't ? it makes the job worthwhile and puts a big smile on our face... well, we are human.... this one however really touched us. It was a house sale with a dramatic story ... and eventually a happy ending.
its been an eventful few months... on the 10th March the extreme low pressure together with strong gales and a spring tide combined to cause the sea levels to rise to such an extent that, we flooded, not via the sandbags and through the doors... but up through the floor.
