Management Company
Blue Space will create a management company on completion of the site and each owner can become a director and shareholder of the company. Each of the apartments is offered for sale on a new 999 year lease. The ground rent is expected to be £250 per year for each apartment. Each property will pay a service charge based on the square footage.
Reservation Procedure
To reserve an apartment you will be asked to pay a non refundable preliminary deposit of £2,000. You will be required to exchange contracts within
a maximum of 20 days from the date your solicitors receive the contract documentation (this will normally be within 2 to 3 days of your reservation),
and the deadline date will be agreed by the solicitors and confirmed to
all parties.
If you decide to withdraw from your purchase or fail to achieve exchange of contracts within the 20 days deadline, then your deposit will be retained by the owners to cover the administration costs. If your purchase proceeds to exchange of contracts then your preliminary deposit will form part of the purchase price. Once a deposit has been received our clients will not to accept a reservation from any other interested party during the 20 day period nor to increase the purchase price during this time.
Parking
