We always love receiving letters giving us praise... who doesn't ? it makes the job worthwhile and puts a big smile on our face... well, we are human.... this one however really touched us. It was a house sale with a dramatic story ... and eventually a happy ending.

'Very many thanks for your letter, but above all for your fantastic support since August. There are Agents and Communicators, but I can't think of any word which describes adequately and simply th genuine personal warmth which I have felt in all of your visits and phone calls.

As you probably surmised, I was on the point of postponing the sale of Pengwynne until next Spring, having felt taht the recent turmoil was more than enough to cope with. But you steered me purposefully through troubled waters and I can only now begin to appreciate your persistent hard work, day in, day out. And I am not your only client !

Here is not the place to delve into the individual beliefs which made it possible for me to sell and buy the house I wanted. Suffice it to say, I shall always regard you all as 'agents' in another more spiritual purpose.
