For the second year running we have been shortlisted for Estate Agent of the year award and this year we were fifth in the South west region - voted for by our customers.
Our customers voted for us by answering a detailed questionnaire, in confidence, which asked all about their house buying / selling process through Fowey River last year. The invited responses were good enough to place us 5th estate agent in the whole of the south west. When asked to rate the trustworthiness of their agent during the house buying process 100% of our customers (who responded to the questionnaires) rated us above average, with 82% saying we were excellent.!!!!
Jeremy Leaf, Chairman of the RICs Residential Faculty says ' being shortlisted for one of these pretigious awards, which are widely recognised throughout the industry, demonstrates publicly an agent's commitment to delivering the highest standard of service'.

I am a licensed agent, licensed to sell.
Who would believe it? 2012 has certainly started with a bang and long may it contiue. In the first seven working days of January we agreed sales on seven houses in Fowey and Golant.
So far, viewings are significantly up on last year and we are taking instructions to sell many new properties. Happy New Year.
