Golant The waterside village of Golant is situated on the West bank of the Fowey River. Moorings on the river and walks along the banks together with the beauty of the area make this a most sought after place to live. Golant has a general store/post office and an Inn. The harbour town of Fowey is approximately four miles by road and under two by boat. The main A390 serving St Austell, Truro and Plymouth is within easy reach and there are main line railway stations at Par and Lostwithiel. Who would believe it? 2012 has certainly started with a bang and long may it contiue. In the first seven working days of January we agreed sales on seven houses in Fowey and Golant.
So far, viewings are significantly up on last year and we are taking instructions to sell many new properties. Happy New Year.
