Tywardreath Tywardreath is an interesting old Cornish village, just inland from the Fowey Estuary, near the south Cornish coast. It has a good mix of local shops, pub, post office and church. There is a primary school with it's own swimming pool, and secondary education provided at nearby Fowey. Access in and out of Cornwall is easy with the mainline train station at Par less than a mile away, the nearby A38 for road travel, or Newquay airport offering regular flights just 40 minutes away. Who would believe it? 2012 has certainly started with a bang and long may it contiue. In the first seven working days of January we agreed sales on seven houses in Fowey and Golant.
So far, viewings are significantly up on last year and we are taking instructions to sell many new properties. Happy New Year.
